Vertex is currently recruiting temporary Customer Service Agents to work on their
prestigious M&S Contract.

This is a temporary position in the run-up to Christmas to assist with M&S Customer orders, queries and questions via in-bound telephone calls and email - the role is based at their State of the Art Contact Centre on Gorgie Road in Edinburgh.

Hard work and the ability to complete this short-term assignment are essential for this extremely busy role - we are looking to fill both full and part-time shifts.

* Taking in-bound calls and emails, helping customers with enquiries.
* Full-time hours are 37.5 per week working on a rota 8am - 8pm, Monday to Sunday 5 days out of 7.
* Part-time shifts 9am - 1pm, Monday to Sunday 5 days out of 7.
* £7.15 per hour + overtime rates.
