Here Myself + Wife are both looking for a council house exchange from Dunfermline In Fife to Edinburgh though shall consider other areas.

" BUT NO FLATS SORRY "

Here we have a Council House Semi-Detached home with (modern) Double Glazing throughout, as well as (modern) Gas central heating throughout the home,

2 bedrooms of medium size are upstairs one bedroom at front + one bedroom
is at the back of house, as well as the bathroom nearbye upstairs.

Downstairs there's a small hallway which leads you into the kitchen which is square in shape and of medium size
as well as the Livingroom also which also has a gas fire with fir-surround which never is used , as the central heating system is more than adequate in the winter months.

Outside the front is the garden which is of medium size with 2 small greens,
as well as the drive-way which is handy if you drive a car etc
which sit's inbetween the 2 greens, also there's a Garage at end of the drive though old handy for keeping tools bicycles etc inside.

( An authentic) iron-wrought single gate is the main gate for in + out of the home and also a matching double wrought iron gate
is at the end of the drive-way

Around the back garden is also a smallish green, also a small square size bit of garden with fine soil to grow your own "veg" or whatever, though this can easily be covered with chips or whatever you chose.

This is a well sought after area in Dunfermline, where shops + all amenities inc Nursery, Primary School's, High Schools, as well as Drs
and 2 Asda stores, also a Tesco's are quite close-bye,

There's the bus stop just a 10 min walk away from house for buses to Edinburgh every 30 mins where buses run every 30 mins
also running from Edinburgh back to Dunfermline all throughout the day
and night when the last bus being 11.25pm

A thet wkends last buses are 12.25am
also at wkends there's 2 late buses back to Dunfermline from Edinburgh's Waverley Bridge at both 1.05 am also 3.15am all throughout the year,
so handy for night hawks.

There's also locally an 8 mins bus run to Dunfermline's ( now just modernised ) town centre bus station every 10 mins from the bus stop just 2 mins up the road from the house , also is handy for the shops in the new Kingsgate centre which is located next to the bus station in the town.

Also from the new bus station you can also get buses if you want to Edinburgh every 30 mins
Also buses to Glasgow every 30 mins which also has a good bus service to + from Dunfermline's bus station
also theres buses run to many other areas in Scotland

The house is very central to travel anywhere really with rail station approx a 20 mins walk from the house with trains which run regularly to Edinburgh over the Forth Railway Bridge and over the River Forth as well as train's running to other areas of Scotland.

All the neighbours in this area are quiet living ( and private ) also all keep their gardens tidy in this area of Dunfermline which is a well sought after area

Both myself / Wife are looking for similar in Edinburgh or Possibly other areas
