looking for some one who in return for cheap rent at 50 quid a week could take my dog out during the day,i figure room and all bills cost 100 a week so i would expect a good hours walk plusa short one round the block 5 or 6 days a week.im 31 easy going electrician,i like a few beers but work hard and long hours.ruben(dog)is a rescue dog is very loving a little insecure and a bit naughty at times.i offer a small double room with purpose built double bed with hand built cupboards surrounding it and built in wardrobe,off the living room which is also yours as i share large room with ruben so hardly in living room.its upper villa completely done up from start to finish with new kitchen and bathroom.dog not allowed in eating ares or bathroom mainly only in my room and the stair.dog lover a must,i love my boy and want a new friend for him any bad behaviour to him is not tollerated.a deposit of 380 is paid along with first weeks rent and will be returned on leaving if i get a months notice of leaving.all mod cons,a garden(needs work im getting round to it)just now cheap furniture but will upgrade as finances allow i spent fortunes doing it upthis would suit a student at stevenson or napier or heriot or someones working nights and shifts.only good english speakers please
