Hamilton's Bar & Kitchen in Stockbridge are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate and experienced demi chef de partie. Prospective applicants must have full grasp of the English language and must have at least 2 years experience in this role. Applicants must also have extensive knowledge of traditional british dishes.

Two recent references must be presented on any CV submitted. Salary is contingent on experience.
