Hi!
I have a lovely single room available in my flat - it has a window overlooking a shared green, and you'd be living with myself (a crazy musician), and Kevin (a student)... and my crazy crazy dog, Moose.
The room has a double futon and desk in (previous tenants have brought their own furniture), so it's all negotiable. The flat also has broadband which is included.
Rent is £270 ALL INCLUSIVE during winter, and goes down to £250 in summer.
