I'm looking to share a workshop space (or if I'm lucky get my own) with someone.

My use will only be occasional, but I'll need an area to work with a workbench hopefully lockable.

Also need some storage space.

No need for phone, but

Three phase power a must, likewise a water supply (and drain)
