A bit about myself:
I am a 22 y/o American female studying in Dalkeith. I am a journalism major with music and English writing minors. I have a wide range of hobbies and interests. I love traveling and this is my second semester living in Europe. I also enjoy photography, reading, writing, camping, etc. I've been playing violin for 15 years. I also play a bit of piano and sing. I have been a nanny for two seperate families as well as countless babysitting jobs.

I have a very positive attitude and plenty of patience which I believe is needed to work with children. I am good at productively occupying children with creative activities. No sitting inside and watching TV for the children I look after. I have experience teaching music/violin lessons, writing/reading, study skills and horseback riding lessons to children of multiple ages. My expereince also includes children with multiple types of physical and mental disabilities. I have worked with children in every age group.

I also like animals and have expereince with dogs, cats, birds, fish and horses if you have family pets.

Can do house work and cooking if that is required. I do have a driver's lisence in the U.S. and could look into what I would need to get a Scotland one. CPR/AED certified, have taken safe sitting classes, references available on request.

Availabilitiy:
I plan to be here until just after Hogmanay. I graduate in May with my BA degree and will be available then for employment also, I can interview now if you would like to meet in person. I am looking for a live-in position.

In order to apply for a work visa I need to have a job offer, but I should have no problem getting the paperwork in order.
