Large double room to rent in a semi detached house. House has all mod cons and broadband and is well presented. It also has a large sunny garden and conservatory. Nice big kitchen with washing machine, microwave and dishwasher etc. Rent is inclusive of council tax and TV licence so only extras are a share of the utilities bill which will be about £25 per month. Current flatmates are 3 guys, 1 girl and a cat! It's a very nice chilled place to stay so
