Technical Customer Service Advisor

RSTO is a market leading Internet Services business working with blue chip clients across this diverse and evolving sector.
We are currently seeking Technical Customer Service Agents to work alongside and communicate with our external customers and internal web developers. You will be responsible for providing interactive support in setting up web starter kits, enhancing our customers’ online business presence.
Responsibilities:
• Delivering interactive support in setting up web starter kits, enhancing our customers’ online business presence.
• Designing company logos and branding in line with customer requirements.
• Encouraging customers to maximise their ecommerce opportunities using an online business directory.
• Achieve daily/monthly targets.
• Be committed to achieving success.

Skills & Experience:
• A proven track record in delivering excellent customer service
• Previous experience in a web design related field/subject
• Experience of working in a target driven environment
• Excellent telephone manner and the ability to build strong business relationships
• Understanding of the internet and web based applications
This role would be particularly suited to someone who has recently completed further or higher education in a design subject, with previous customer service experience.

Salary: up to £14,000 plus bonus opportunity if targets acheived.
