Eden Scott's Financial client are looking to recruit an experienced Oracle DBA who will be responsible for the design, development and support of their exisitng databases.

You will be responsible for administering and controlling data resources, use repeatable processes to enure data availability, intergrity and security and utilise database tools to improve database performance and efficiency.

To be considered for this role you must have strong commercial experience in Oracle Database Administration skills, Oracle 10/11 and RAC.

In addition you will ideally have some Oracle Development with PL/SQL, and experience/ knowledge of the following.

Unix/AIX
SQL Server
SAN and general IT Infrastructure technologies


It would be benefical to have previous banking or financial services experience, but industry background is not priortity.
