French Speaking Customer Service Advisor

We are currently recruiting for a French speaker to join our client (one of the top 30 trafficked websites in the world) in Edinburgh.
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and thoroughly to support client enquiries via telephone and email
Enter orders into the back office system
Develop and maintain a full knowledge of client products and services
Partner with other departments to resolve client issues; act as a liaison between the client and the sales team
Conduct product trainings / account reviews for new and existing clients
Evaluate and modify job posting content to maximise relevant exposure
Assist sales force in identifying up-sell opportunities
Requirements:
Exceptional spoken and written English and French
Experience of or aptitude for Customer Service
A strong sense of urgency, initiative and competitive drive
Able to prioritize and handle multiple projects with varying deadlines
