An exciting opportunity has arisen to manage one of our busy Edinburgh stores.

Previous retail management experience is essential together with a genuine interest in artisanal cheeses. Previous experience of food retailing would be advantageous. The successful applicant will need to be able to manage the store on his/her own with support from head office, and be computer literate. Also important is the ability to exceed targets and train staff to provide excellent customer service.

The manager will be responsible for the recruitment of new staff, related personnel matters and have the ability to motivate a team. The successful applicant will also be responsible for the overall appearance of the store, product and window displays and a limited amount of goods purchasing.
