Technical Support Engineer required to join a leading, well known technology company providing high levels of technical support and customer service to their global client list. As Technical Support Engineer you will be responsible for supporting technology products in a post-sales capacity via the telephone, emails and on-site face to face.

The Technical Support Engineer will need to possess excellent knowledge of IP networking including IP multicasting ideally with an understanding of digital video technologies and streaming video solutions. Exceptional client facing and communication skills are essential in addition to good problem solving and trouble-shooting abilities.
