ASA's client offers an outstanding opportunity for either a newly qualified generalist or an experienced individual to join a committed and enthusiastic HR team.

Responsibilities include:

To provide an effective operational and advisory service on HRM matters
Advising Managers on absence management
Preparation of contractual documentation
Participation in interviews
Provision of payroll information
Extraction of statistical data in relation to HRM matters
Provision of information on conditions of service, policies and procedures
Administrative support in implementing and monitoring HR policies and procedures
Provision of administration support to HR team
