Cancom Edinburgh are looking for a full-time service administrator in our busy Nicholson Street store. The job role will include:

-Organising and Maintaining the service area.
-Booking in repairs
-Taking and following instruction from our resident engineer.
-Liaising with customers and sales staff on the status of repairs.
-Spot diagnosis of system problems and minor upgrade work.

The successful candidate will:

-Be extremely organised
-Have great customer service skills
-Have sound knowledge of Apple software and hardware
-Be able to work under pressure in a busy environment
