Juniors 8-14 year olds 6.15-7.00

Adults Jujitsu class Wednesday 7.00-8.30pm

Coach: Ray Sheerin 6th Dan Jujitsu, 4th Dan Judo.

Judo Classes:
Senior Randori/Ne-waza session for both Judo/Jujitsu Monday evenings 6.30-7.30 with Ray at: The John Liddle Scout Hall
