Our client is a successful multi disciplinary Global Consultancy specialising in planning and development, energy and waste. They have a requirement for a Civil Landfill Engineer to join the Edinburgh team due to continual expansion and the successful tender of a number of projects.
My client is looking for a competent Civil / Geotechnical Engineer who is confident about design and managing projects with minimal supervision. Ideally you will have demonstrable experience working within Landfill, Geotechnical and Civil Engineering. As your role will be managing projects and small teams of engineers, delivering projects to high design standards, timely and cost effectively.
In order to carry out this role you will be minimum degree qualified in Civil Engineering, with demonstrable experience managing Civil projects to British codes of practice, having worked extensively within a consultancy on similar projects. It is essential that you have excellent communication skills as this is a client inter-facing role.
