Plugs into mains but can also be used with batteries. (supplied - well you can have the ones that are in there at the moment tho' not sure how much longer they'll last)
It's a 'Tone bank 100' keyboard which means it has 100 different 'Sound Tone' effects. (i.e. it can sound like a Piano, Harpsichord, violin, triangle, etc, etc.....100 different things)
And it has 100 different 'pattern beats' - so you can add a backing beat with a rock or Funk or swing beat - again 100 different options.
