We are a young czech/scottish professional couple looking for a friendly flatmate (preferably working) asap for our 2 bedroom flat in Tytler Gardens, Abbeyhill.

The flat is clean, warm and bright, situated in a quiet area and just 2 mins to the Holyrood Park, 5 mins to the Meadowbank Shopping Centre and 10 mins to the High Street. It consists of 2 furnished double bedrooms with plenty of storage, a spacious lounge with a dining corner, kitchen with all appliances and a bathroom with a bath and electric shower. The rent is 315 pcm plus bills which come to 60 per person pcm (incl. council tax with water, electricity, tv, fast broadband). Bedding provided. Free parking space also available. As we are looking for 1 flatmate no couples please.

The room is available from 5th November 2009. The deposit is 300 pounds.
