Hi, we are young couple [20 & 24]. We are looking a nice size 2 bedroom flat in Leith, with nice size double bedrooms, bathroom with bath , living room and separately kichen [ with window] .
We have got TV licence so it was be good if in the flat was be a TV and maybe "free tv".
And we need to flat be furnished.

At the moment we rent the flat on Easter Road, but its very small flat with no space. So we looking some flat with more space.

We are calmy and clean couple, we both working on full time.
We have got a quinea pig and cat. They are very claan too.
We never dont have got any problems with our landlords.
