For a VEGETARIAN ( it is a non-meat eating flat ) Non-smoker - Worker or Mature student. (Not couples sorry)
Sharing large kitchen diner ( washing machine, tv) & bathroom with sociable fairly quiet living vegetarian female and cat.

Central heating.Free on street parking.Shared communal green. Close to all amenities and good bus routes ( day & night bus services.)
Seeking genuine cat-lover- someone who is happy looking after cat at times when I'm away - who sees it as a pleasure rather than a chore. He is an extremely sociable indoor cat, and enjoys a lap to lie in!
Want a vegetarian or someone who doesn't cook meat - fish not such a problem.
Also non- smoker preferred or someone who doesn't mind stepping out for a smoke.
Available for let ( 2 - 6 months poss longer ) from start of Dec 09
£330 per month Plus bills ( gas & electric apprx £25-40 pcm depending on time of year and temperature! ) £330 deposit required.
