This is a York 2 in 1 Excersize Bike and Rowing Machine.

It is an Excersize Bike and by turning a knob on it the machine then turns into a Rowing Machine,both with adjustable strength to match your fitness level.

Great machine for many parts of your body,i have had this for a while but can no longer use it due to a bad knee injury and its taking up space now so its got to go.

The only minor fault on it is that the little digital clock is missing,but this does not affect the use of the machine,it just means you cant tell how many miles you have cycled.And there is a couple of small dents in the plastic casing around the wheel,but again this is just visual,it doesnt affect the machine.

This was around £250 when new so its a bargain if you dont want to spend a fortune on a fitness machine.
