Hardworking, 21 year-old male with plenty of restaurant experience, looking for full-time permanent employment in Edinburgh's city center or close, beginning in the new year. Looking to expand my knowledge in the field of culinary arts.

I have gained my culinary experience working under an executive chef/restaurant owner, as a line-cook, at an upscale Greek restaurant and under a great sous chef, as a prep-cook, at an established Bar and Grill (established 1982).

I have a great work ethic; I'm a team player, but work well on my own; a fast learner of menu items; I'm creative, efficient, and organized. English is native language, and I am food hygiene certified here in the states.

I will be moving to Edinburgh from the US early 2010, and I am trying to get a work visa, so I will need a certificate of sponsorship.

Preferably, looking for morning shifts with 35-40 hours a week.
