This bedroom is approx 5.5m by 4.5m, furnished with a doublebed, wardrobe, desk chair. Broadband internet access. There is also access to a verandah from the bedroom window.

A mix of easy going young professionals, 3 females and a landlord who is rarely in.

This advert is placed in many websites, I must apologise if the price is not clear. As some declare with out bills and some with.

I am open to offers as everyone has different financial situations.

As an owner I am looking for the maximum I can, I will include all bills, c.tax. gas,electric,tv,internet.phoneline. Telephone calls that you make are extra.

Ideally I am looking for someone that can move in fairly soon.

Please give an accurate date of when you need a room, if this is flexible and for how long.

Most importantly let me know what days/times you are able to view the flat.

To be fair to the current flatmates I may only show the room once or twice a week while it is
still occupied.
