Sous and commis chef required at Melville Castle, a 4 star country house hotel on the outskirts of Edinburgh. Reporting to the Head Chef.
Sous Chef duties include taking control of the kitchen in the abscense of the Head Chef, which include purchasing, hygiene monitoring, serving breakfasts, lunches & dinners and banquetting for conferences and weddings.
Commis Chef to assist senior chefs in all duties, experience preferred but training given.
Full time - straigh &/ split shifts over 7 days.
Competitive salary package for the right candidate depending on experience.
Own transport advantageous or Bus no.3 or 3a from Princess St
