The flat is very close to the centre of town, only a ten minute walk to the East End of Edinburgh, so great for visiting the German Christmas Market and Princes Street fireworks. The room has a fantastic view of the foothills of Edinburgh's Icon Arthur's seat. Great amenities and serviced extremely well by a variety of buses for all other areas of Edinburgh. Sharing with one other person only.

Maximum capacity is two people. £35.50 charges per night, no additional per person charges, include all bathroom and bedroom linnen. Photo's and viewings can be arranged by appointment.
