Double bedroom in great Bruntsflield flat (£315 pcm)
We have a great double room in an awesome flat available now. The flat is located at 1 Leamington Terrace and Gilmore. Good location, close to the city centre, walking distance to Napier, ECA, and Edinburgh University.
Currently there are four of us in the flat, two French guys, a Brit and an American. We are all students. However, both students and professionals are welcome. The room is 315 per month excluding bills.
The place is great... two floors, huge kitchen, huge living room, big windows, great people etc.
