I have a 2 bedroom flat in a quiet street, Orwell Place (just opposite the Dalry), 2nd floor, 2 mins walk to Haymarket and 10 mins to Princes street, brand new double glazed windows, new GCH, showerroom with electric shower, new laminate flooring throughout, 2 very large bedrooms one with built in wardrobe. , new kitchen , and a beautiful (!) communal garden .
neighbours are very friendly. quiet building ,3 floors and only 3 flats on each level mainly private home owners. ,
the area is great too as its so close to all amenities (supermarkets such as somerfield and lidl, buses [2,3,33,4,44,25,22] and nice restaurants nearby )

Im looking for a 2 or 3 bedroom flat/house in Newington/Southsideor other nice areas in the city centre (but plz not too far away from edinburgh uni)
Flat should be in good condition and preferably not higher than 2nd floor as I have a baby and cant carry the pram..
I would also consider a 3 way swap.
