This flat could be classed as a two bedroom, the kitchen is large enough to have a sofa, tv and small kitchen table in it, Many of the flats around here are kitchen/living room combi's. The lounge could then become the second bedroom! I would do this myself but as I say below I need to be close to work as my journey there in the morning is a night mare
