The flat is between Holyrood Park and Old Town, and it is not far from the main road. It is in a quiet and safe area with a good view of holyrood park. There are supermarkets, like Tesco, lido nearby. It is fully furnished with wireless. An Asian couple lives in the double room. The guy is a professional engineer, and the girl just graduated from university. We are both friendly and quiet. A clean and quiet female is needed for the single bedroom, but the living room is not shared. All bills including council tax and utility bills are included.
