Ultimate is an exciting, non-contact team sport, played by thousands the world over. So, if you have not played before, you are missing out! It is simple therefore easy and fun for new comers to pick up quickly.

Why not pick up a new sport this year and give it a go. This sport is suitable for beginners and experienced players.
