Could anybody provide me with a space to stay over for one night?

My name is Mark (42 years) & i'm not so good at asking for things . . . but here goes. I am about to embark on a successive amount of therapy sessions - i have post traumatic stress disorder - i will be travelling 160 miles from Morayshire down to Edinburgh & back. I am spending what little money i have on travel and private therapy - but because the nature of the therapy is traumatic in itself, i have been advised to stay over afterwards. Is there some kind soul who could offer me a a space overnight . . . i'm an honest thoughtful guy who would be no trouble . . . perhaps i could offer something in return?
