We have an exciting opportunity to work with a well established building society within the town center of Perth. Our client is currently recruiting for a Customer Advisor who has had previous exposure to the finance industry, in a customer interacting role. The role will be to meet and greet customers face to face in the branch and dealing with any queries they may have. You will be working to an individual and team target of up selling and promoting further products, creating awareness of the different products available.

To be successful for this position you will have the following skills set:

- Previous working experience in a customer service role

- Have a financial working background either face to face or telephone

- Must have experience of up selling and promoting further products

- Able to work in a target driven environment 

- Excellent Customer service skills

- Strong listening and communication skills

- Able to work well in a team
