Situated in the beautiful Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park, Balvag House offers a home from home, for up to eleven, amidst the breathtaking scenery of the Scottish highlands.

Balvag House can sleep eight comfortably, and up to eleven cosily. The four bedrooms are comprised of two twin rooms (one with a third pull-out bed), one double room (with two further single beds in a walk-through annexe, with an en suite bathroom beyond), and downstairs, a pair of bunk beds.

The public rooms include a dining room, sitting room with open fire (both accommodating ten), conservatory, kitchen, utility, and games room. TV, DVD-player, Sky, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave, iron, and other standard appliances are also available. Bed linen, towels, and heating fuel are included.

Downstairs there is a bathroom with shower and WC, and a further shower room with WC. An outbuilding houses a games room with table tennis, table football, and a swingball set. Sorry, we can't accommodate pets, or smoking indoors.
