Location: Edinburgh
Previous experience of Reception / front of house role required.
Hours:
Mon-Fri 9.00am-5.00pm.
Duties Include:
* Answering all incoming calls.
* Operating switchboard.
* Distributing of incoming mail.
* Franking of outgoing mail.
* Providing excellent customer service to all visitors.
Must have experience using MS Office packages; predominantly Outlook and Excel. Experience using a switchboard would be beneficial.
