Hi everyone! We are renting an enormous and lovely double room in Leith that would be perfect for a couple. The flat is located on Easter Road, 10/15 minutes by bus from city centre. (there are plenty of bus stops within 3 blocks’ distance: 1 – 7 – 10 – 12 - 14 – 16 – 21 – 22 – 25 – 34 – 35 – 49 ) There are also plenty of night buses and a free parking space available if you need it. :) The location is very good: within 2 minutes walk from Lidl and Scotmid, 15 minutes (by bus) to a 24hs ASDA, 5 minutes walk to a 24hs Scotmid, 1 minute from Claremont Park and there are plenty of shops and pubs in the area..
You would be living with Kuba and María, a polish guy and an argentine girl in their 20s. We are easy going, open minded people with a good sense of humor and very easy to live with.
Fully equipped kitchen (microwave, washing machine, electric cooker, big fridge, etc) and a bathtub that is separate from the toilette (making things easier on all of us :) )

Rent is 325 pounds a month + CT (32,50 pounds per person) + bills (internet, gas and electricity)
There’s a possibility that the CT will be lower from January on.
You will be asked one month’s deposit before you move in and which will be given back to you when you leave.
