Payroll Assistant

A position has became available at a fast growing and busy Payroll company in the City Centre of Edinburgh. The job will involve
· Processing timesheets from our clients
· Dealing with our wide client base in the UK
· Liaising with all other areas of the business to help resolve clients queries
· Updating our database with crucial information and documents
In order to be successful in this job you will need to demonstrate the ability to work to deadlines as well as complete work accurately. It is important that you are an effective communicator as you will be required to deal with a wide range of clients.
No formal payroll experience will be necessary as full training will be given, however, an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, and excel in particular, is essential to succeed in this job.
