A position has become available to support the helpdesk and contract management for a large facilities management contractor to cover Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive calls . Due to the expansion of the current portfolio this position will control the dispatch and collation of reactive and PPM calls to eleven Offices.



Key Tasks:




- Call logging on Concept System from client requests

- Reactive call distribution and management out to field

- Labour control in line with KPI’s

- KPI monitor and management inline with Service Level Agreements

- PPM distribution and sign off

- Good all round communication skills
