Credit Controller
The Organisation:
A well respected company with a regional headquarters in Livingston are seeking additional resource within their finance team to cope with increased demand.
The Role:
The role will be 16 hours per week, spread across 4-8pm during 4 weekdays.
You will be:
- Managing the collection of outstanding debt from a portfolio of customers via telephone
- Agreeing payment plans with customers
- Investigating any discrepancies
- Aged debt analysis, reporting this to the Finance Manager
- Meeting group debt and cash collection targets
- Allocating payments received to customer accounts Due to location, the successful candidate must have access to their own transportation.

Your Skills:
- Credit control experience
- Good customer skills and telephone manner
- Good IT skills, primarily within Word and Excel
- Ability to work under pressure
- Use of an ERP system
