Part Time Administrator
The Company
A small company within the tourism industry based in the city centre
The Role
OfficeTeam is currently looking to recruit a Part Time Administrator for our client based in the city centre. You would be dealing with phone queries, chasing payments, sending confirmation letters, and other ad hoc administration duties. The ideal candidate will have a high customer focus and must be able to work on your own initiative. The office is a small one and there may be opportunities where you will be working alone. You must be able to work three days a week, however they are flexible on the days that you work (Tuesday through Friday). It is essential that you have a friendly phone manner, excellent IT skills (MS Word, Excel and Access) and a team player. This is a new position and is ongoing with a view to becoming permanent.
Salary & Benefits
£7.50 an hour plus holiday pay
