A position has now opened up in our firm for an Administrator, we are a property firm so previous knowledge is desirable but not essential as training can be provided for right person
Duties will include
- Processing and assessing documentation in accordance with company and client procedures and deadlines
- Updating the database with crucial information and documents
- Liaising with all other areas of the business to gain information and resolve queries
- Tracking and monitoring important documents relating to client files.
In order to be successful in this job you will need to demonstrate the ability to work to deadlines as well as complete work accurately. It is important that you are an effective communicator as you will be required to deal with a wide range of internal and external clients.
