Hi we are a 5 bedroom flat looking for a funky couple or two friends to share one of the fully furnished double rooms. The room will be available for 6 weeks from May 27- July 17th (negotiable, but not too flexible). The rent is £350 pcm + bills and £62 council tax. We are 2 Scottish and 2 Aussies (equal mix of guys and girls) hoping to find the right people to come and join our wee "family". We have all lived together for the past 6 months and have become good friends who enjoy socialising and frequently cooking and sharing a meal together.... a cheeky glass of wine, beer or whisky is also a common feature :)


We are located 5 mins walk from Princes street with Broughton street area is our local hangout. There are plenty of buses and great places to eat and drink.
