Seeking VEGETARIAN / Non-smoker - Worker or Mature student to rent right room in peaceful top floor flat with character ...overlooking Holyrood Park and Arthurs Seat and 10 minutes from city centre.
Sharing large kitchen diner ( washing machine, tv) & bathroom with sociable fairly quiet living vegetarian female and cat.
Wireless internet . Central heating. Free on street parking. Close to all amenities and good bus routes ( day & night bus services.)
Seeking genuine cat-lover- someone who is happy looking after cat at times when I'm away -he is an extremely sociable indoor cat, and enjoys a lap to lie in!
Want a vegetarian or at least someone who doesn't cook meat - fish not such a problem. Also non- smoker preferred or someone who doesn't mind stepping out for a smoke.
Available ( 2 - 6 months poss longer) from start of Dec 09
£330 per month + gas & electric bills ( £25 - £40 pcm depending on time of year and temperature! ) £330 deposit required.
