I have a large 2 bedroom flat in a very quiet area, just behind cameron toll and off the Gilmerton road! The flat looks on to a green area with tree's that leed to the local doctors surgery. Its a top floor flat in a block of six, the stair is emaculate and well kept and also have access to a secure back garden. The flat has a nice bolcany of the sitting room and is a sun trap in the summer but provides a relaxin space all year round.

Flat has 2 double bedrooms one has never been used so needs a little TLC as i have done loads of work to the flat in the five years i have been here but never got round to the spare room. Bathroom is new with shower over bath and kitcken is a decent size with a five burner cooker and is also new.

Close to local shops, bus route and shcools. The area is friendly and I feel really safe here, the neighbours are nice and most of the flats are now owned by the tennants.
