Chef de Partie work available
My client, part of a large nationwide group, require a Chef de Partie to join their restaurant team based in Edinburgh city centre.
As Chef de Partie you will have the experience of running a variety of sections, catering for different venues ranging from seated dinning to banquets for 500 people. You will assist the Head Chef with menu planning and manage all health and safety requirements.
The ideal Chef de Partie will have a professional approach with a creative flair for cooking. You should have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position and enjoy working as part of a team. If you would describe yourself as a self starter with experience in budgets and costings this role could be the one for you.
