Due to continued growth we seek a Field Application Engineer to join our client located in East Scotland. The company uses a patented laser based technology to produce highly accurate and rapid gas (chemical) detection instruments for a variety of applications including: security, defence, environmental, oil & gas etc. Its truly innovative technology allows unprecedented performance levels across the full range applications.

The successful Field Application Engineer will specify, test and develop sensing products for use in specific customer applications. He/she will also, provide technical expertise, supporting clients products across Europe, Japan and the US

Skills and Qualifications Required

" Relevant engineering qualification - a first or upper second class degree
" Relevant industrial engineering experience
" Experience of instrumentation
" Willingness to travel
