Our Client seeks a Materials Controller for a site based in Central Scotland.
The functions of the Material Control Supervisor will be to direct the overall activities of Receiving, Shipping, Inventory Management, Service Division Purchasing, Warehousing, Staging for Job Site Projects, and Material Return Documentation from the specific site.


The main benefit of this role is that it will be a long-term contract up to 18-months.

This is a very large project that will have a lot of deliveries coming to site. It will be your responsibility to ensure that the materials received are correct against the original purchase as well as in perfect condition. You will therefore come from a Technical/ Mechanical background  and  have a proven track record in working within a Materials Control capacity. Quality Assurance and Material Management experience are also a required component to this role.

Candidates with experience within the heavy engineering sectors including Petrochemical, Power, Oil and Gas or Water are encouraged to apply
