This is a set, you have a 'transmitter box' that you attach to the signal you want to send (e.g. Sky, freeview, DVD, video etc) and another 'receiver box' that you connect to the TV you want to watch the signal on.

Most of these systems also allow backwards transmission of the remote control signal so you can remotely control for example your DVD player you are sending a signal from whilst watching it on, for example, your bedroom TV.
