3 bedroom house swap from west lothian to south queensferry
We are looking for a 3 bedroom house in south queensferry to make it easier for our kids to get to get to high school & for ease of mobility for my disabled partner.We have a 3 bedroom house in Newton West Lothian the house has had a new kitchen a new bathroom and a new central heating system put in the rent is £62.00.00 per week payable to West Lothian Council and the council tax is is £101 per month.We have a large livingroom and kitchen downstairs and the bathroom and 3 bedrooms are upstairs .There is a front garden which has pebbles the back garden has grass and and then bark chips up at the back. The back garden faces south onto a field and the pentland hills in the background so not overlooked .It's very hard to get into this viilage as there is only about half a dozen houses left that are concil the rest are privately owned.It's a good and friendy village with a pub,shop & petrol station (What else do you need :-) )Within easy driving reach of the M9,M8,A90 & Forth Bridges.NO TIME WASTERS PLEASE.Pics can will be available on request.Viewing essential.we would also do a 3 way swap or move to dalmeny as long as has 3 bedrooms we would now take a 2 bedroom if it had a large boxroom and it was in the right area
