I'm new to Edinburgh. Just moved up about a month ago from London (though I'm kinda Geordie). Not quite sure what to put in these things, or how I'll come across, but here goes. I like to think I'm reasonably educated, and that my tastes run the spectrum from low to high. (I can be found cracking the filthiest toilet humour, but also sniggering to a linguistic flourish by the Fry on QI!) I love listening to music, playing guitar and bass, video games and surfing the net. (Do people still say that? Shouldn't that be: 'riding the Information Superhighway'?)

I have to say that it's personality and intellect that really grab me. That sounds elitist. I mean, just someone who is reasonably articulate and whom I find interesting. It's pretty vague, I know. Hell, meeting new people is always interesting!
